Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Korean chili flakes or crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 to 3 small heads baby bok choy
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
