Directions
Fire up your grill and get ready to create irresistible sliders that will steal the show at any gathering! These juicy, cheese-topped bites burst with flavor and come together in just 35 minutes.
- Prepare a charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef, Dijon mustard, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper using a forkavoid overmixing to keep them tender. Shape into 12 uniform 2-inch patties.
- Brush the hot grates with olive oil. Grill patties for 4 minutes, flip, then cook 4-6 more minutes for medium-rare (or longer for your preference). In the last 2 minutes, top each with ounce Gruyere and close the lid to melt into gooey perfection. Rest under loose foil.
- Slice and toast brioche buns on the grill until golden and fragrant.
- Layer baby arugula on bun bottoms, top with a cheesy slider, tomato, and onion slices. Crown with bun tops and serve hot with ketchuppure bliss in every bite!
