Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese (about 3/4 ounce)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine parmesan, paprika, 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Heat canola oil and 3 popcorn kernels in a medium saucepan over medium-high. Once 1 or 2 kernels have popped, drop the heat to medium, then add the rest of the popcorn kernels. Cover with a lid and cook, shaking the pot now and then, until popping slows, about 2 minutes.
- Pour cooked popcorn into a big bowl and sprinkle with the seasoned parmesan mixture, tossing well to coat.
