Maple-Pepper Bacon Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- Maple syrup
- Black pepper
Directions
- Place wire racks on two rimmed baking sheets.
- Arrange 1 pound of bacon in a single layer on the racks.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 minutes.
- Brush the bacon with maple syrup.
- Continue baking until it caramelizes, about 25 minutes total, flipping, brushing with syrup, and sprinkling with pepper every 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the racks before serving.
