Limoncello Sorbet Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 4 lemons
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 4 ounces limoncello or another lemon-flavored liqueur, chilled, plus 4 shots for serving
- 4 ounces vanilla vodka, chilled
Note: You can switch to Cook Mode to keep your screen on while preparing.
- Cut off the top third of each lemon and shave a small portion from the bottom so they sit flat. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon to make lemon cups, then place the hollowed lemons in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Put the sorbet into a food processor, add the chilled limoncello and vanilla vodka, and process until smooth. Set the frozen lemon cups on shot glasses filled with limoncello, spoon the sorbet mixture into each lemon shell, and serve right away.
