Ingredients

Honey Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Martinis:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 to 6 lemons)
  • Half of a 750-milliliter bottle vodka or gin (14 ounces)
  • Lemon wheels for garnish
