Ingredients

Honey Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Martinis:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 to 6 lemons)
  • Half of a 750-milliliter bottle vodka or gin (14 ounces)
  • Lemon wheels for garnish

  2. Make the martinis: Combine the lemon juice, vodka or gin, 3/4 cup of the honey syrup, and 1 1/2 cups water in a pitcher or carafe. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. When ready, pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with lemon wheels.

Single Serving Option: For an instant cocktail, fill a shaker with 2 cups ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces vodka or gin, 1 1/2 tablespoons honey syrup, and 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice. Shake vigorously, strain into a chilled martini glass, and top with a lemon wheel. Perfect for sipping elegance at any moment!
