Ingredients

  • One 3 lb. Bison Prime Rib Roast (fresh or thoroughly thawed)
  • 6 fresh garlic cloves, roughly chopped (for roasting)

For the Spice Rub:

  • cup rock salt or very coarse sea salt
  • 3 tbsp. finely minced fresh garlic (for the rub)

Instructions:

Fire up your BBQ grill to high heat and get ready to create a show-stopping, juicy bison prime rib that'll wow your guests with its bold flavors and tender bite!

  1. Preheat your BBQ grill to a HIGH heat setting.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the salt and minced garlic to form an irresistible rub.
