Recreate the authentic texture at home using your food processorit's easier than you think and guaranteed to wow your friends and family!
Special equipment needed:
- 3 squeeze bottles
- Combine the sugar and 1/3 cup of water in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat until it simmers and the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat, cool completely, then stir in the mango pulp. Pour into a squeeze bottle and set aside.
- In another bowl, stir the raspberry jam with the remaining hot water (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons minus the 1/3 cup used above). Cool fully, then transfer to a second squeeze bottle.
- Fill the third squeeze bottle with sweetened condensed milk.
- With your food processor running, drop in ice cubes one by one until you get a fluffy, snow-like texture. Discard any large chunks. Scoop into serving bowls, drizzle one syrup over half and the other over the rest, then finish with condensed milk to taste. Repeat for more servings and dive into this tropical paradise!
