Ingredients
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 6 habanero peppers, seeds removed and sliced
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Using a food processor, finely chop the carrots and habanero peppers.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and saut the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped carrot and habanero mixture, cooking until the carrots become tender.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar along with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Pour in the water and simmer the mixture until it thickens enough to spread.
