Transport yourself to a sunny citrus grove with these irresistibly creamy frozen orange popsa quick, no-fuss treat bursting with fresh flavor that'll have you dreaming of summer all year round!
Ingredients ():
- 4 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice, without pulp and made from fresh fruit
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons zest from a large orange
- 1 1/2 teaspoons natural vanilla flavoring
- Kosher salt to taste

- Combine the orange juice and honey in a wide saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring from time to time, on medium-high heat. Allow to cook down until the volume reduces to 2 cups, which will take approximately 25 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before proceeding.
- Transfer the cooled orange-honey mixture, yogurt, orange zest, vanilla flavoring and a small amount of salt into a blender. Blend until completely smooth and uniform. Distribute the mixture evenly among six 4-ounce pop molds. Place in the freezer and allow to solidify completely, requiring a minimum of 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, remove a pop from the freezer, place under warm running water briefly and carefully release from the mold.
