  • 8 ounces of high-quality semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces of high-quality bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup roasted, salted whole cashews
  • 1 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Melt the magic: Place both types of chocolate into a heatproof bowl set atop a pan with simmering water. Stir gently until they melt together into a silky, shiny pooleffortless bliss without tempering hassles![1]
  2. Prep your canvas: Line a baking sheet with parchment. Use a ruler and pencil to outline a 9 x 10-inch rectangle on the paper. Flip the paper, drawn side down, onto your tray.
