- 8 ounces of high-quality bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup roasted, salted whole cashews
- 1 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions
- Melt the magic: Place both types of chocolate into a heatproof bowl set atop a pan with simmering water. Stir gently until they melt together into a silky, shiny pooleffortless bliss without tempering hassles![1]
