Whip up this refreshing rosemary arugula croutons salad in just 20 minutes! Crispy homemade croutons tossed with peppery arugula, toasted pine nuts, and zesty Citrus-Herb Sauce create an irresistible side dish that bursts with flavor. Perfect for elevating any mealyour guests will love it!
- 1/2 (8-ounce) loaf rosemary bread, diced into 1/2-inch cubes* (see Cook's Note)
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 3 cups packed arugula
- 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup Citrus-Herb Sauce (refer to Roasted Citrus-Herb Game Hen recipe)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
