Ingredients
- cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- teaspoon salt
- 6 ears yellow corn, husked and cut in half crosswise

- Boil the corn in a large pot of salted boiling water until tender but still crisp, around 5 minutes. Use tongs to move the corn to a serving plate. Generously brush the garlic-Parmesan mixture over the warm corn. Top with the reserved 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
