Ingredients
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 pound dried apricots
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place the chocolate chips inside a heatproof glass bowl and set it over a saucepan with simmering water. Stir the chocolate continuously until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each apricot halfway to three-quarters into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off back into the bowl. Arrange the dipped apricots on the lined baking sheet to let the chocolate firm up.
