Blue Cornbread with Pineapple
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 box Blue Cornbread with Pineapple mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Grease an 8- or 9-inch square baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Blue Cornbread with Pineapple mix, buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until just blended.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared dish.
- Bake at 425 degrees until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
