Blue Cornbread with Pineapple Recipe

Blue Cornbread with Pineapple

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 box Blue Cornbread with Pineapple mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8- or 9-inch square baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Blue Cornbread with Pineapple mix, buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until just blended.
  3. Transfer the batter to the prepared dish.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
