Ingredients

  • 24 habanero peppers
  • 24 scallops, muscles removed
  • 24 slices of bacon

Special Equipment

  • 8 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Set your oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut off the tops of the peppers and discard them, but retain the membranes. Place one scallop inside each pepper. Starting from one end, wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon. Thread each bacon-wrapped pepper onto a skewer, fitting 3 dragon toes per skewer.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
