Ingredients
- 24 habanero peppers
- 24 scallops, muscles removed
- 24 slices of bacon

- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Set your oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut off the tops of the peppers and discard them, but retain the membranes. Place one scallop inside each pepper. Starting from one end, wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon. Thread each bacon-wrapped pepper onto a skewer, fitting 3 dragon toes per skewer.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
