  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons (2 to 3 ounces) chilled prosecco
  • Orange peel twist for garnish

1. Place a martini glass in the freezer for 30 minutes to chill. In the meantime, combine Aperol and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled. Strain into the cooled martini glass.

2. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of chilled prosecco on top. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve right away.
