  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  1. Slice the mango in half around the pit, then score the flesh of each half into 1/2-inch cubes in a criss-cross pattern.
  2. Push the diced mango pieces outward and cut them off the skin into a bowl.
  3. Add the blueberries, then cut the pomegranate in half and use a wooden spoon to tap the seeds out over the mango and berries.
  4. Squeeze lime juice over the fruit mixture and serve immediately.
