Instructions:

Gradually add the sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, pausing 15 seconds between additions. Once all sugar is in, beat for 5 more minutes until glossy, stiff peaks form no dry look here!
- Transfer to a large pastry bag with a star tip. Pipe 2-inch cookies onto the sheets, spacing 1 inch apart. Watch them take beautiful shape!
