Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 jalapeo pepper, deseeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 pound large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or canned pineapple pieces
- 1 red onion, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, deseeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions
- Preheat your cast-iron grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat for perfect char.
- In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, lime juice, minced ginger, diced jalapeo, soy sauce, honey, and chopped cilantro. Simmer over medium-high heat until reduced by half, creating a glossy, irresistible glaze that packs a spicy punch.
- Thread shrimp onto 8 steel skewers (or soak bamboo skewers in water for 20+ minutes first), alternating with juicy pineapple chunks, red onion pieces, and green bell pepper squares for vibrant flavor in every bite.
