Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberry preserves
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- Zest and juice of 1/2 an orange
- 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard, divided

- 1 pork tenderloin (approximately 1 1/2 pounds)
