Sour Cream Chive Biscuits

Ingredients:
- Nonstick spray for the baking sheet
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 6 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus extra for brushing and serving
- Sliced ham, to serve
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400F and lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, chives, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine sour cream, evaporated milk, and melted butter. Gently stir wet ingredients into dry until just mixed.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead 6 to 8 times, and pat into a 3/4-inch-thick disk. Cut with a floured 2-inch biscuit cutter, place on the baking sheet, brush tops with butter, and bake 20 to 22 minutes until golden. Enjoy warm with extra butter and sliced ham!
