Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 16 slices thinly sliced smoked salmon
- Blanched leeks, cut into strips about 5 inches long and 1/2 inch wide
- Wasabi Tobbiko Caviar or red caviar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and chives. Lay out the salmon slices flat and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over one side of each slice.
- Starting from the shorter end, roll the salmon tightly over the filling. Secure each roll by tying a strip of blanched leek around it.
- Place the roll ups with the cream cheese side facing up and add a small dollop of caviar on top for garnish.
