Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 16 slices thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • Blanched leeks, cut into strips about 5 inches long and 1/2 inch wide
  • Wasabi Tobbiko Caviar or red caviar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and chives. Lay out the salmon slices flat and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over one side of each slice.
  2. Starting from the shorter end, roll the salmon tightly over the filling. Secure each roll by tying a strip of blanched leek around it.
  3. Place the roll ups with the cream cheese side facing up and add a small dollop of caviar on top for garnish.
