- Eight 1/3- to 1/2-inch thick slices of Pullman bread
- 4 ounces of smoked gouda, sliced very thin using a cheese slicer
- 4 slices of muenster cheese (approximately 4 ounces)
- 1 medium jarred roasted red pepper, drained, patted dry, and sliced thin
- 2 cups of baby arugula
- 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
