Directions
- Combine 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese with 2 teaspoons of finely chopped rosemary and 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest.
- Distribute the mixture in twelve circles, each 2 to 3 inches in diameter, on two parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 400F until edges turn golden and the cheese bubbles, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
- Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheets.
