Directions
- Combine 1 cup of olive oil with 5 or 6 fresh rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan. Gently warm over medium heat for about 5 minutes, allowing the aromatic flavors to infuse. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Transfer the rosemary to a bottle or cruet, pour in the infused oil, and seal tightly. Refrigerate for up to 1 monthperfect for elevating your dishes with herbaceous magic!
