- 1/2 cup Cointreau

- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled prosecco

Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the lime juice, tequila blanco, Cointreau, and simple syrup. Stir thoroughly until well blended, adjusting the sweetness and tequila strength to your preference.
- Spread coarse salt on a small plate. Moisten the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip into the salt, twisting gently to ensure full coverage. Repeat for all glasses.
- Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes and pour the tequila-lime mixture until halfway full. Top with chilled prosecco, garnish with fresh lime slices, and serve immediately.
Cook's Notes
Simple Syrup: Heat equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow it to cool before use.
