Orange Honey Glazed Hazelnuts

- 2 cups whole blanched hazelnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 orange, zested and grated

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet or line it with waxed paper or a nonstick baking mat. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until evenly coated, then spread the hazelnuts in a single layer on the prepared sheet so they don't touch. Bake until golden and lightly toasted, stirring occasionally to prevent stickingcheck at 15 minutes, then bake 5 to 10 minutes more. Loosen with a spatula and cool completely at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for a irresistible crunchy snack that bursts with warm honey, spice, and bright citrus notes.
