  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Zest of 1 small lemon
  • 2 to 3 large mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into thirty-six 3/4-inch cubes
  • Thirty-six 1-inch pieces of torn radicchio leaves
