  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil, torn

Spread:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard

Sandwich:

  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 8 small butter lettuce leaves
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
  • 8 cornichon pickles

Instructions:

  2. On a small rimmed baking tray, toss the tomatoes, olive oil, salt, smashed garlic, and torn basil until evenly coated.
