Ingredients:
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped or shaved
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 jalapenos, stems removed, cut into quarters lengthwise
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions:
- Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl or large measuring cup and set a fine-mesh strainer on top.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, cinnamon stick, and jalapeno quarters, including the seeds. Warm gently over low heat, bringing to a gentle simmer, and allow it to infuse for 15 minutes. Once infused, stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the hot milk mixture through the strainer over the chocolate, discarding any solids left behind. Quickly whisk the chocolate and milk together until smooth. Divide equally among 4 mugs.
- Garnish each mug with mini marshmallows and serve immediately.
