Ingredients

  • 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, for zesting and juicing
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with vegetable oil and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.
