Ingredients
- 5 fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 oz. chocolate liqueur
- 1/2 oz. hazelnut liqueur
- 3 oz. Guinness or other stout
- 2 - 3 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 raspberry for garnish
Instructions
- Place 5 raspberries into a pint glass and gently muddle them.
- Pour in the chocolate liqueur and hazelnut liqueur, then muddle everything a second time until combined.
- Add the stout beer to the mixture and give it a quick stir.
- Carefully pour this blend into a champagne flute.
- Top off the drink by gently pouring champagne or sparkling wine over the back of a spoon into the glass.
- Finish by garnishing the rim with a fresh raspberry.
