  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 large egg white, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (plus more for greasing the waffle iron)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron to medium-high heat and get ready for fluffy perfection.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and saltyour base for golden waffles is set!
