Whip up these irresistibly golden, cheesy puffs that melt in your mouthperfect for impressing guests or satisfying snack cravings! With spicy pepper jack and fresh chives, they'll vanish fast.
- Preheat your oven to 400F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, simmer the corn, butter, and salt together. Reduce heat, stir in flour with a wooden spoon until the dough smooths out and pulls from the pan sides, about 2 minutes.
