  • Equal parts chai tea concentrate
  • Equal parts whole milk
  • 1 star anise pod
  • 1 oz. cognac or brandy
  • 1 oz. DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur or butterscotch schnapps
  • Half a graham cracker, crushed into powder

  1. Gently heat the chai tea concentrate and milk together over medium-low heat until simmering. Stir in the star anise to infuse its aromatic flavor, then remove from heat.
  2. In a mug, combine the brandy and butterscotch liqueur. Pour in the warm chai mixture, stir gently, and top with crushed graham cracker for a delightful, s'mores-inspired finish that will warm you from the inside out.
