- Equal parts chai tea concentrate
- Equal parts whole milk
- 1 star anise pod
- 1 oz. cognac or brandy
- 1 oz. DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur or butterscotch schnapps
- Half a graham cracker, crushed into powder

- Gently heat the chai tea concentrate and milk together over medium-low heat until simmering. Stir in the star anise to infuse its aromatic flavor, then remove from heat.
