- Two 1pound containers bocconcini (small fresh mozzarella balls), drained
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- Extravirgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Thread a cherry tomato and a bocconcini onto each skewer, tucking a basil leaf between them as you go.
