  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Two 1pound containers bocconcini (small fresh mozzarella balls), drained
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • Extravirgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Special Equipment: One package of 8inch bamboo skewers

  1. Thread a cherry tomato and a bocconcini onto each skewer, tucking a basil leaf between them as you go.
