Boozy Peaches and Cream Delight
Directions
- Slice 3 ripe peaches and combine them with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract; let sit until the peaches release their juices, about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until it begins to thicken; add 4 teaspoons of brown sugar while whipping, then add 4 teaspoons of bourbon and continue whipping until soft peaks form.
- In serving glasses, alternate layers of the sweetened peaches and whipped cream; finish with a sprinkle of toasted pecans on top.
