Ingredients (makes 16):

  • 1 store-bought pie dough
  • Apricot jam
  • Chopped pecans
  • 1 beaten egg (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Slice pie dough into 16 triangular wedges, like pizza slices.
  2. Starting at the narrow end, spread apricot jam over the upper two-thirds of each wedge; sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  3. Roll each wedge from the wider end inward to form a crescent.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 325F for 30-35 minutes until golden.
