Apple and Avocado Smoothie

- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, with skin
- 1/2 ripe Hass avocado
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until the ice is broken down. Then blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
