  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Kosher salt
  • 8 ounces angel-hair pasta
  • 8 cups chopped escarole, kale, and/or Swiss chard
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Grated zest and juice from half a lemon
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Toss in the pasta and greens, cooking per package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and transfer to a large bowlready for flavor magic!
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Saut garlic until golden (1 minute). Add shrimp; cook until pink (3 minutes per side). Stir in tomatoes until softened (2 minutes).
