- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- Kosher salt
- 8 ounces angel-hair pasta
- 8 cups chopped escarole, kale, and/or Swiss chard
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Grated zest and juice from half a lemon
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Toss in the pasta and greens, cooking per package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and transfer to a large bowlready for flavor magic!
