Transform simple red bell peppers into a vibrant, tangy delight with this easy recipe! Perfect for adding a burst of sweet-and-sour flavor to salads, sandwiches, or charcuterie boards.

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 red bell peppers, quartered and seeds removed
  • 1 cup white distilled vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pickling spices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your broiler for that perfect char.
