Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, approximately 8 ounces per breast
- 3 pounds russet potatoes, chopped into quarters
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 pound unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper, as needed
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced

Instructions
- Sear the chicken breasts in a hot pan on each side until golden, then finish in a preheated 350F oven for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear and fully cooked. Perfectly juicy inside with a crispy exterior!
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain, then mash while hot with whipping cream, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy and irresistible. This garlic mash will steal the show!
