Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, approximately 8 ounces per breast
  • 3 pounds russet potatoes, chopped into quarters
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 pound unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper, as needed
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced

Instructions

  2. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain, then mash while hot with whipping cream, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy and irresistible. This garlic mash will steal the show!
