Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 large shallot, halved and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 deli slices Genoa salami, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- Balsamic reduction, for drizzling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the broccoli and shallots with the olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Add the salami and toss. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with the balsamic reduction. Serve hot.
