Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (about 55 grams) very thinly sliced prosciutto, such as Good & Gather Prosciutto

Directions

  1. Heat your oven to 400F (205C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the prosciutto slices on the parchment, making sure they do not overlap.
  3. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until they turn perfectly crispy. Allow the crisps to fully cool on the panthey'll crisp up even more! Enjoy immediately for maximum crunch, or store in a sealed container for later.[5][6]
