Lime-Tequila Shooters Recipe

Experience the classic way to enjoy tequila shots as they do on the Baja coast bright lime and high-quality tequila or mezcal. Adjust the tequila amount to taste.
- Ingredients:
- 1 lime, cut in half
- High-quality tequila or mezcal
- Equipment: citrus reamer or your thumb
Instructions:
- Using a citrus reamer or your thumb, press a small well in the center of each lime half (expect some lime juice to squirt out).
- Fill the well with tequila, then drink the tequila and lime juice together in one swift motion.
