Instructions:
- Demerara Sugar Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine demerara sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completelyyour secret weapon for silky sweetness.
- Lavender Lemon Drop: In a cocktail shaker, add gin, limoncello, lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce demerara syrup. Fill with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
