- 4 ears of corn, shucked and cut in half
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 whole cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/2 cup crispy fried jalapenos, crushed, such as French's
- Chili lime seasoning, such as Tajin, for garnish

- Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F, arranging one side for medium-high heat and the other side for low heat.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates over the medium-high side. Let it char for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, totaling around 10 minutes.
- While the corn is grilling, place the butter, honey, and garlic in a 9-by-13-inch disposable aluminum baking pan. Set the pan on the grill grates over the low-heat side. Stir occasionally until the butter and honey are well blended.
- Once the corn is grilled and the butter mixture is melted, remove the pan from the grill. Roll each piece of corn in the pan, making sure each side is coated. Just before serving, sprinkle with the crushed jalapenos and chili lime seasoning.
