Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F. Lightly spray eight 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick spray and place them on a rimmed baking sheetready for that irresistible bake!
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chopped peaches with cornstarch and 2 tablespoons sugar. Let them sit for 10 minutes to release their sweet juices, then divide evenly into the ramekins. Watch the magic as they glisten!
