Ingredients
- 5 large garlic cloves

Directions
- Crush the garlic with the salt to form a paste, then blend it with the red wine, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and honey until smooth.
- Place the London broil and the marinade in a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air, seal, and set the bag in a shallow dish. Refrigerate and marinate the steak for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally; it can marinate up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
- Before grilling, let the steak come to room temperature. Remove the steak from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Grill on an oiled grate 5 to 6 inches above hot coals, about 7 to 9 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain at a 45-degree angle and serve with fresh tomatoes.
